I think though that body parts can be deamed as fetishised, if for example the person prefers the body parts to the person i.e. foot jobs instead of sex, or whatever. There is also foot worship and other practices which fixate on feat over anything else. This could arguably be considered a fetish more than just a preference. A lot of people I've spoken to over the years are big on giving as well as receiving.
